Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Opened and partially used products are also eligible for return.

Please return the item in its original container along with your order number and contact details.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
